I am dedicated to meeting the comprehensive legal needs of individuals, families, employees and small businesses throughout Indiana. In this complex world, I help my clients to secure their rights, protect the lives they have built, provide for their loved ones and plan for their long term needs.

I work with individuals, couples and families in Indianapolis and throughout Indiana to address their life and estate planning and protection needs, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, adoptions and guardianships. I provide adoption-related legal services for adoptive parents in a variety of circumstances. When a loved one dies, I assist in the administration of the probate estate or trust and the filing of inheritance tax returns. For small businesses, I handle business formations and advise clients concerning various business and employment matters. I assist and advise employees concerning job-related matters, including severance agreements, discrimination and termination. As a general practice lawyer, I accept many other types of matters on a case-by-case basis.

My mission is to provide quality legal services with the understanding that you have come to me for assistance in matters that are sensitive and personal to you. Each case is handled with care and thoroughness, and I strive to earn your trust with sound legal advice and judgment.
